Digital Entries

As discussed, in order to speed up the entry night process, can you please send your digital entries for the monthly competition to info@tallaghtphotographicsociety.com

 

please name your entry member number_division_title

e.g. 01123_novice_trees.jpg

Remember that your entries should be a maximum of 1024 pixels on the longest side and have a DPI of 92, instructions on this can be found here

 

If for any reason you cannot send them by email, You can still bring your shots on Tuesday.

 

Also, please read over the entry guidelines for the monthly competition. If these guidelines are not adhered to, there is a possibility your entry will be disqualified.

Tallaght Photographic Society Merchandise

Just a note to let members know that there is a Range of Tallaght Photographic Society merchandise available through one of our members, Howard Swaine.

There are Polo Shirts, Fleece Jackets, Caps, Club T-shirts and Photographer’s Vests. All have our club logo embroidered on them and are of top quality.

The Polo shirts are available in colours Black, Navy, Royal Blue, Red, Bottle Green, and White, and are priced at only €20 each.:

Photographic Society of America

PSA is a worldwide interactive organization for anyone interested in photography, be they casual, serious amateurs or professional photographers. Individual, Camera Club, Chapter and Council members are offered a wide variety of activities: a monthly magazine, photo and digital competitions, study groups via mail and the internet, how-to programs, an annual conference and a raft of other activities and services.
 
The Photographic Society of America was founded in 1934 to “Promote the Arts and Sciences of Photography and to further public education therein”. There are members in all 50 states as well as 60 other countries of the world. PSA Headquarters are located in Oklahoma City, OK.

Denis joined Dundalk Photographic Society in 1986.His most recent positions held are:- Secretary 2001 to 2006, Chairman 2006 to 2009, IPF Council member 1996 to 2001 and was re-elected in 2008
Distinctions:  AIPF 1999, EFIAP 2001
